Accessibility in Style Guides and Design Systems

I'm gathering links to publicly available digital style guides and design pattern repositories with accessibility built in. There are other names for these things; what they have in common is that they serve as guides for accessible design and accessible interactive user experience.

Even the best design systems and libraries are unlikely to be completely bug-free, and accessibility is likely to break down when components are used in novel ways. If you find a problem, let the developer know.

Maybe I'll include some UI widget libraries here too as I run across them.
